Welcome to WebHostPakistan. By using our web hosting services, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, or domain registration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing services, or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. For business accounts, you must have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

We accept payments via bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, credit/debit cards, and online banking.

Services are billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually based on your selected billing cycle. Payments are due in advance.

5.4 Late Payments

If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, services may be suspended. Accounts suspended for non-payment for more than 30 days may be terminated and all data deleted.

5.5 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting plans. VPS and dedicated servers are non-refundable after setup. Domain registrations and SSL certificates are non-refundable.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as follows:

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. While we perform regular backups, we do not guarantee the availability or completeness of backups.

You are responsible for securing your applications, scripts, and content. We are not responsible for security breaches caused by vulnerable software or weak passwords.

9.1 Service Changes

10.1 .PK Domain Requirements

For .pk domain registration, you must provide valid documentation as required by PKNIC (Pakistan Network Information Centre). You agree to maintain accurate contact information.

10.2 Domain Ownership

You retain full ownership of domains registered through us. However, we reserve the right to suspend domains for non-payment or policy violations.

10.3 Domain Renewal

Domains must be renewed before expiration. We will send renewal reminders, but you are ultimately responsible for renewing your domains. Expired domains may be deleted and become available for public registration.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to content you upload to our servers. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide services.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by WebHostPakistan and protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws.
